SHIP ELEVATOR
The sea lift works reliably in moisture and in an aggressive marine environment. It is adapted to operate at waves 8 in the Beaufort Scale as well as lateral oscillation of the hull +/- 15 degrees and longitudinal variation of +/- 5 degrees. The sea lift is widely used in the transport of ship crews, delivery of goods and reloading. It is adapted to work in conditions of 95% relative humidity. Sea Elevators Quality work in difficult marine conditions.
Technical properties
Ships elevators The quality has a good characteristic to operate in difficult conditions. They have been appropriately strengthened and adapted to the marine environment. This was ensured by: immunity to electromagnetic interference, a set of accompanying cables in inclined traffic, setting of the tractive line and the main rope.
To prevent loosening of the fixed guide bracket and steel structure of the tower body, the following protections were used: thicker connector with a diameter of 12 mm, high strength screws GB / T 1228 and GB 861.1 were used, toothed washer and key elements are reinforced stroke position settings, in each one month routine maintenance and control plans are carried out.
Corrosion program
Because the elevator installation is located in an aggressive maritime environment, special materials and security features have been used to provide corrosion resistance in the following areas: elevator control cabinet, elevator and shafts as well as all mechanical components.
